About My Work
I work primarily with adults navigating high stress, major life transitions, career pressures, and conditions like anxiety, depression & ADHD. Whether you are moving through a divorce, career change, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a candid, down-to-earth space to help you regain clarity and control. If you are used to powering through challenges on your own but find your usual strategies are no longer getting results, therapy can provide the structure and insight to help you get back on track.
What You Can Expect in Our Sessions
My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and pragmatic; an active partnership where we cut through the noise and focus on real-world solutions. You can expect a transparent, pressure-free space where you don't have to perform or have everything figured out. By combining self-inquiry with straightforward feedback, we’ll identify blind spots, interrupt unhelpful patterns, and build actionable strategies to help you manage anxiety, reframe burnout, and regain resilience.

About Me
Originally from London, I’ve lived in the US since 2008 and in Austin for the last 5 years. Before deciding to be a therapist, I spent over two decades in business roles as a marketing executive, entrepreneur and business owner. Navigating high-pressure corporate environments, major professional pivots, and complex personal transitions firsthand showed me how easy it is to feel burnt out, disconnected and more prone to depression and anxiety.
I understand how valuable it is to have practical, grounded support when life inevitably shifts under your feet. This lived experience informs the perspective I bring into the counseling room where I enjoy helping clients channel their strengths into clear, meaningful change.
I’m especially interested in men’s mental health and have been involved in various men’s groups including the Mankind Project over the last few years. Outside of work, I stay active in and around Austin riding bikes, going to the gym, co-parenting my 3 year old son and traveling back to Europe whenever I get the chance.
