About My Work
My work is for people who feel ready to go beyond talking about their lives and instead step fully into experiencing themselves in the present moment. If you’re willing to slow down, turn inward, and explore the deeper layers of who you are, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, this work may be a good fit.

I approach therapy as a deeply somatic and experiential process. Challenges such as anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, and chronic illness don’t just live in the mind, they show up in the body. In our sessions, we work directly with these patterns as they arise through sensation, emotion, breath, and nervous system responses. Much of our time together may involve closing your eyes, slowing your awareness, and entering a meditative, body-based state where we can listen to what your system is communicating beneath words.

Sessions often include somatic exercises, guided awareness, nervous system tracking, and gentle exploration of the emotional and spiritual meaning held in the body. This work asks for presence, curiosity, and a willingness to meet yourself honestly, and it offers the opportunity for profound self-connection, healing, and transformation.

About Me
Before becoming a therapist, I studied finance and followed a path that looked good on the outside, but never quite felt right on the inside. I’ve also lived with chronic health challenges for many years, which led me down a long road of trying to fix my body through diets, supplements, and wellness protocols, always searching for the thing that would finally make me feel better.

What eventually shifted wasn’t finding the perfect solution, but learning how to listen to my body. I began to slow down, connect with my authentic self, and get curious about the emotional and spiritual meaning behind my symptoms. Through this process i realized that my health challenges were my greatest gift, and I came to see my challenges not as obstacles to overcome, but as teachers that were guiding me toward deeper self-trust, self-compassion, and self-love.

This perspective deeply shapes my work today. I support clients in listening inward, reconnecting with themselves, and discovering the wisdom and meaning that can emerge from even the most difficult life experiences.
