About My Work
You may be someone who appears highly capable on the outside but internally feels overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally reactive, or unsure how to navigate relationships in the way you want to. Maybe you’ve developed insight into your patterns already, but still find yourself struggling to create meaningful change in your daily life. Or maybe therapy has always felt a little intimidating, overly clinical, or simply “not for you.”
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and accessible. I blend mindfulness-based and experiential approaches with practical tools that help clients strengthen emotional intelligence, deepen self-awareness, and improve the way they relate to themselves and others. I especially enjoy working with anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, athletes and high achievers, leaders, and men seeking greater emotional connection and relational confidence. Therapy with me tends to feel warm, open, lighthearted, and deeply human — a space where you can show up authentically without pressure to perform or “do therapy correctly.”

About Me
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and my own experiences with identity, transition, achievement, and reconnecting with myself eventually led me toward the counseling field. Over time, I became especially interested in the relationship between emotional well-being, embodiment, and the ways we learn to move through the world both mentally and physically.
I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University with a concentration in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. While mindfulness and embodiment influence my work, I approach therapy in a way that feels grounded, approachable, and practical- especially for clients who may feel skeptical of traditional “wellness culture.”
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years coaching CrossFit, experiences that continue to shape my understanding of resilience, performance, self-awareness, and the connection between mind and body. Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me strength training, salsa dancing, two-stepping, exploring Austin, or spending time with people I love.
