About My Work
Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together; for others, for appearances, for some version of themselves they've decided they're supposed to be. Underneath that, there's often a quiet exhaustion: the self-doubt, the harsh inner critic, the sense that no matter how much they accomplish, it never quite feels like enough.

If thoughts about food, your body, or being "good enough" have started taking up more space than you'd like, you're not alone. As someone with lived experience in eating disorder recovery, I know firsthand how isolating that struggle can feel, and how meaningful it is to finally have a space where you feel genuinely seen without judgment. That understanding shapes everything about how I show up in this work.

I also believe recovery doesn't happen in a vacuum. When helpful, I collaborate with dietitians and other providers so that you feel supported from multiple angles — not just in session, but in your life.

How I Work
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative- and occasionally lightened by humor when that's what the moment calls for. I want sessions to feel like a real conversation, not a performance. Some of what we do together might focus on untangling a specific pattern or building tools to manage anxiety. Other times, we slow down and explore the deeper beliefs shaping how you see yourself and your worth. We follow what's most alive for you.

My goal isn't to fix you. It's to help you understand yourself more clearly, build self-trust, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you actually are.

A Little About Me

I grew up in Houston and have lived in the Netherlands and North Carolina before settling in Austin. Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me hiking, painting, searching for the best matcha in the city, or taking the scenic route with my senior dog, Mason.
