About My Work
Many of the people I work with have already spent time reflecting on their patterns, yet still feel caught in familiar emotional or relational dynamics. Beneath the surface, there are often coping strategies that once helped you stay safe but may now feel restrictive.
I approach therapy from an attachment-based and relational lens, paying attention to the overarching themes that shape how you connect, protect yourself, and define your value. Together, we explore the adaptations that developed in order to stay connected, especially when those patterns begin to feel limiting or misaligned. I believe therapy works best when it feels secure, human, and collaborative, a space where you can exhale, explore, and grow at your own pace.

About Me
I’ve spent years in therapy myself, learning how to trust my voice and offer myself compassion when growth didn’t happen on a perfect timeline. I also learned that my needs weren’t “too much,” and that they were allowed to exist without apology. Real change didn’t come from one magical insight, but from steady work over time within a secure relationship. That experience deeply influences how I practice today.
Much of my perspective is shaped by attachment and relationship. I’m interested in understanding how early experiences and connection have influenced the ways you see yourself and move through the world. Most of what we struggle with makes more sense when we understand where it began.
I bring a thoughtful and emotionally present energy into the room, along with a reflective and intuitive style. I care about creating a space that feels real, not overly clinical or performative, and not a place where you feel like you have to impress anyone. Therapy can hold humor alongside hard conversations, and I believe growth happens best when you feel understood and genuinely supported.
Outside of session, I recharge by trying new coffee shops, reading, listening to podcasts, catching a comedy show, or spending time at home with my husband and our dachshund, Frankie. I love being home and feeling cozy, and that same energy is something I naturally bring into my work.
