Teens, Adults, Couples

About My Work

I work with teens, young adults, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and the uncertainty that can come with growing into yourself. You may find yourself overthinking, putting everyone else's needs before your own, or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships.

Our relationships shape the way we understand ourselves. Whether those relationships are with partners, family, friends, or even ourselves, they influence how we connect, communicate, and move through the world.

Understanding yourself is often the first step toward lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted—a place where curiosity replaces judgment and where together we can make sense of your experiences. Together, we'll explore the patterns that once helped you adapt but may no longer serve you, approaching them with curiosity instead of self-criticism.

Therapy isn't about fixing who you are. It's about reconnecting with yourself, strengthening the parts of you that have always been there, and building relationships that feel more authentic, intentional, and fulfilling, with yourself and others.

I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to offer culturally responsive care that recognizes each client's unique background, values, and lived experiences.

We Might Be a Good Fit If...

  • You want to understand yourself with more curiosity instead of criticism.

  • You're noticing the same patterns showing up in your relationships and want to understand where they come from.

  • You're looking for a therapist who is warm, genuine, and collaborative.

  • You value both insight and practical strategies that you can carry into everyday life.

I hope that therapy becomes a place where you feel accepted, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence.

A Little About Me

I’m the daughter of Mexican immigrants and grew up in South Texas, so both Mexican and American cultures have always been a big part of who I am. Being raised between different cultures, traditions, and expectations has shaped how I see family, relationships, and connection, and it’s something I really value bringing into this work.

Outside of counseling, I love reading, photography, yoga, going to concerts, and exploring new places around Austin—especially ones where I can bring my dog.
