Our Anxiety Counseling Group provides a supportive, welcoming space to better understand and manage anxiety. In a safe and confidential setting, members explore their thoughts, triggers, and emotional patterns while connecting with others who share similar experiences. Processing anxiety in a group setting helps reduce isolation and build insight, clarity, and confidence. Each session also focuses on practical grounding and regulation skills you can use in everyday life. Through guided practice of techniques such as mindful breathing and sensory grounding, participants learn how to calm the nervous system and navigate overwhelming moments with greater ease. This group blends meaningful reflection with real-life tools to help you feel more steady, empowered, and in control.

Led by Hailey Webster and Kiernan Kelly, graduate-level therapists at Carlisle Collective. This group is free, virtual, and open to adults across Texas. Drop in anytime between March 4 and May 15, 2026.
