I’m for you if: you believe that growth and healing happen through authentic connection. Regardless of what brings you through the door (or the virtual waiting room), I aim to meet you where you are and cultivate a comfortable environment for us to explore the challenges you’re facing. You might be feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts, emotions, past experiences, relationships, or balancing all the responsibilities on your plate. It can be difficult to slow down our busy lives and bring awareness to our mind and body, but that’s such an important step towards regaining autonomy over our wellness. By recognizing our thought patterns and underlying emotions, we can intentionally direct our behaviors to align with our values.
I believe that you are the expert of your life experience, so we will take a highly collaborative approach to developing a path forward that feels worthwhile to you. In our sessions, we will identify effective coping skills that honor your individuality, drawing on your inner strength and resilience. I’m also passionate about the integration of spirituality and mental wellness when meaningful for my clients. Through working together, my hope is that you learn more about yourself and feeling empowered to face challenges going forward.
I value a holistic, relational approach to counseling and draw on models like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Education: Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Baylor University, 2022; Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Expected 2026)

About My Work
I’m a graduate student therapist who supports teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, overwhelm, transitions, and the emotional weight of daily life. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Whether you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself, my goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
What You Can Expect in Our Sessions
I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels like a true partnership. You are the expert of your lived experience, and I’m here to help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling overwhelming or unclear, connect with your strengths, and identify tools that support clarity, emotional stability, and meaningful change. When it’s important to you, I also welcome conversations around spirituality and how it can support healing and connection.
About Me
I’ve always been fascinated by why people do what they do, and my own experience with therapy helped me see the profound impact of healing through connection. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baylor University (Sic ’em!), spent time in the corporate world, and volunteered with Journey of Hope, facilitating grief support groups: an experience that reaffirmed my passion for counseling.
I moved to Austin in 2023 and quickly fell in love with the city. Outside the therapy room, you can find me at concerts or comedy shows, climbing at Austin Bouldering Project, exploring new restaurants with my husband, or hanging out with my very energetic goldendoodle, Daisy.
