About My Work
I’m a graduate student therapist who supports teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, overwhelm, transitions, and the emotional weight of daily life. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Whether you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself, my goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
What You Can Expect in Our Sessions
I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels like a true partnership. You are the expert of your lived experience, and I’m here to help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling overwhelming or unclear, connect with your strengths, and identify tools that support clarity, emotional stability, and meaningful change. When it’s important to you, I also welcome conversations around spirituality and how it can support healing and connection.

About Me
I’ve always been fascinated by why people do what they do, and my own experience with therapy helped me see the profound impact of healing through connection. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baylor University (Sic ’em!), spent time in the corporate world, and volunteered with Journey of Hope, facilitating grief support groups: an experience that reaffirmed my passion for counseling.
I moved to Austin in 2023 and quickly fell in love with the city. Outside the therapy room, you can find me at concerts or comedy shows, climbing at Austin Bouldering Project, exploring new restaurants with my husband, or hanging out with my very energetic goldendoodle, Daisy.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Baylor University, 2022
