About My Work
You may have learned early on to keep difficult things to yourself- to manage, minimize, or carry heavy experiences quietly so you could stay capable or acceptable to others. Over time, unspoken emotions and unresolved experiences can build pressure, showing up as anxiety, emotional shutdown, or relationship strain.
Therapy offers a place where you don’t have to hold it all together. My work supports people who are motivated to change but worn down by years of managing everything on their own. Together, we make sense of patterns shaped by past experiences so they can loosen their grip and create more flexibility, steadiness, and self-trust.
I believe therapy works best when it feels relational, grounded, and engaging. Our work may include both conversation and gentle mind–body approaches, always paced with care. The goal is not to erase the past or eliminate big emotions, but to help you feel less consumed by them and more open to connection- with yourself and with others.

About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas and earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Communication from Marquette University and bring an extensive background in health, wellness, and human behavior into my clinical work.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in movement, yoga, and fitness spaces as an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, and movement coach. I’ve also worked in mental healthcare marketing and administration, giving me insight into leadership pressure, caregiving roles, and high-responsibility environments.
I bring a warm, grounded presence into the therapy room and value honesty, consistency, and depth. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported enough to be real, and steady enough to grow.
Therapy works best when it feels like a genuine fit. Let’s connect to see if working together feels right for you.
