Holiday Therapy Group 

Discover Healing Through Connection

The holiday season can bring moments of joy and connection — but it can also stir up stress, grief, and overwhelm. If you find yourself feeling more depleted than delighted this time of year, you’re not alone.

In this drop-in virtual therapy group, we’ll explore the emotional ups and downs of the holidays through a mindfulness-based lens. Together, we’ll hold space for the challenges that arise around family dynamics, loneliness, finances, grief, and seasonal pressures while learning tools for grounding, self-compassion, and mindful presence.

Led by Sarah Byrd, a mindfulness-based counseling student at Carlisle Collective, this group is free, virtual, and open to adults across Texas. Drop in anytime between November 10 and January 5.

Group Details

  • Mondays 6:30–8:00pm

  • Fridays 9:30–11:00am

  • Virtual & Free

  • Drop in*

* You do not need to attend all the groups or commit to any specific days. However, due to the nature of therapy groups, it’s best if you’re able to join us at the beginning of each session, not halfway through. Groups begin on Mondays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 9:30am.

This supportive group offers a chance to slow down, connect authentically, and find steadiness through the holiday rush. Each session includes mindfulness practice, reflective discussion, and gentle emotional processing to help you move through the season with greater ease and intention.

Holiday Support Group will be led by Sarah Byrd a mindfulness-based counseling intern at Carlisle Collective. This group will meet virtually and is open to participants anywhere in Texas.
