About My Work
I’m a graduate student therapist who supports clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, and the emotional weight of daily life. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I work alongside clients to slow things down, explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, and move toward changes that feel meaningful and authentic to them.

What You Can Expect From Sessions
I believe therapy is most meaningful when we work together. You know your own experience best, and my role is to offer a warm, supportive presence where you don’t have to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling challenging, identify coping tools that fit you as an individual, and build skills that support confidence and emotional balance in your day-to-day life.

Areas of Focus
Anxiety and stress • Life transitions • Relationship concerns • Grief and loss • Chronic illness support • Emotional overwhelm • Identity exploration • Trauma and past experiences • Mind-body connection • Walk-and-talk therapy • Spirituality (when meaningful)

Investment: $50/50 minute session, individuals

About Me
A little about me personally: I love exploring Austin, spending time outdoors, and trying new restaurants and coffee spots around the city. I bring a naturally warm, engaged presence into the therapy room, shaped by my past experiences working in environments that required patience, creativity, and a deep respect for individual differences.

Those experiences, along with my own relationship with therapy, continue to inform the way I show up with clients — with curiosity, compassion, and an appreciation for growth that isn’t always linear. I’m honored to walk alongside people as they navigate change, healing, and self-understanding.
