Therapy for life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges in Austin, TX

Something in your life may have shifted.

It may not be obvious from the outside, but something has changed. What used to fit no longer does in the same way.

You may still be managing your responsibilities and showing up for others, while also sensing that something is off. At times, this can feel like moving through your day on autopilot, feeling disconnected, or unsure of your direction or sense of purpose.

For some, this shows up quietly. For others, it feels overwhelming or difficult to sort through alone.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and begin making sense of what’s there.

You may be navigating:

  • Life transitions such as divorce, career changes, relocation, or becoming an empty nester

  • Grief and loss

  • A loss of direction, identity, or sense of purpose

  • Relationship patterns that feel difficult to change

  • Anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm

What working together can feel like

Our work together creates space to pause and reflect.

You don’t need to come in with clarity or the “right” words. We can take this at your pace.

Over time, we’ll begin to understand what has been weighing on you and look at patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.

My approach

My work is grounded in a relational, trauma-informed perspective.

This includes attention to your relationships, your lived experiences, and the different parts of you that may carry their own emotions or perspectives.

The focus is not on fixing, but on understanding. From there, change can begin to feel more natural and sustainable.

My Approach:

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a trauma-informed, relational style. I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand their emotions, patterns in relationships, and how past experiences may still influence the way they show up today.

My approach is grounded in the belief that how we connect with others, how we trust, express needs, or protect ourselves, often comes from earlier experiences.

Together, we look at those patterns with compassion and explore new ways of relating that feel more true to who you are now.

I draw on systemic thinking and utilize models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your healing process, often exploring how early attachment wounds influence current relationships. My work centers on safety, insight, and your inner wisdom.

Therapy doesn't mean something's wrong with you. It means you're human.
