About My Work
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, human, and collaborative: a space where you can exhale, explore, and grow at your own pace. My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, perfectionism, and the internal conflicts that come from straddling different identities, expectations, or cultural worlds. I help you understand your patterns with compassion, build confidence in your own voice, and create a life that feels grounded and true to who you are.

About Me
I’m a warm and grounded therapist who supports clients who feel pulled between competing identities, roles, or expectations. Many of the people I work with are high achievers who appear put together but feel overwhelmed inside, managing anxiety, perfectionism, or the pressure to meet the needs of others while trying not to lose themselves.
As a first-generation South Asian American, I understand how cultural values, family dynamics, and internal standards can both support and constrain us. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that feel conflicted, build stronger boundaries, and create more emotional steadiness and self-trust. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with who you actually want to be.
Therapy works best when it feels like a genuine fit. Let’s connect to see if working together feels right for you. Our work will be collaborative and paced with intention, so you never feel rushed, judged, or pushed before you’re ready.
