You move quickly past the mirror or stare too long at yourself in it, picking apart pieces of your body you're unhappy with. You find yourself frustrated within your relationships and you can't understand why. You feel burnt out; you’re in a rut. Your routine is inconsistent and every day feels unsteady. You want consistency, stability, and a feeling of confidence in your body. I know where you're at. I know it’s scary, but I also know that it gets less scary. I can offer you tools to utilize daily to bring you from watching your life happen to fully experiencing it.

From a holistic lens, we blend tools to help get to the root of why you’re burnt out, unsatisfied, and stuck in a rut. I use yoga, breathwork, meditation, and talk therapy to help you receive the benefits of a physical, mental, and emotional transformation.

Your story is unlike any others and you deserve to give this story a voice. To start cultivating your desires, click here and schedule a free consultation with me. I look forward to walking alongside you during your journey.

Personal
You’ve never fully arrived at a destination in healing, it’s a continuous process and I’m standing alongside the journey with you. Trusting your intuition is a difficult process, full of doubt. I’ve struggled with confidence and finding my voice for the better part of my 27 years earth-side. My need for others to validate my experiences drove my decisions and impacted my own navigation system. The constant arrival of forgiveness, recognition of patterns, and the deep love and appreciation of self is a gift that cannot be taken away. I believe in a constant arrival of learning, without judgment. I believe in moving the body through sticky emotions.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me visiting coffee shops with my sweet golden retriever, Finley. Growing up in New Mexico, I found a love for backpacking, hiking, rock climbing, camping, and travel. I’m usually barefoot in the grass, lying in the sun, or doing anything outdoors. I’m an advocate for intuitive eating and gut health (a direct connection to our emotions)!

Professional
After personal trauma and noticing a connection between body, breath, and the emotions that get stuck in our bodies, I took off to Mexico to study yoga and receive more in-depth training. Since then, I’ve facilitated numerous mindfulness-based therapy groups, witnessed the transformational healing process through community, dove deeper into mindfulness trainings, and guided clients back to themselves. I believe that the client-clinician relationship is most important and I advocate finding a therapist that aligns with you— even if it isn’t me.

I use a blend of talk therapy, breathwork, yoga, and meditation to help connect the mind and body back together. When we blend these different modalities, trauma is released and the body, mind, and breath can come back to a baseline. Every session is meant to align with what you need at the moment. Clients describe me as compassionate, understanding, insightful, and confrontational when necessary. I believe in meeting you right where you are. Your story is unlike any others, let’s give your story a voice.

FINLEY

I adopted Finley in February 2021 and my heart needed him. He loves to play fetch with only a tennis ball. He gives hugs on command. He loves treats and stuffed animals. And he won’t let you leave the room without giving you some love! You’ll sometimes see him in the background of our virtual therapy sessions and he often comes to Walk & Talk sessions. I’ll always check with you before his visits!
