Group Therapy

Hear me out - group therapy is INCREDIBLE!

Group therapy allows us the space to practice our interpersonal dynamics. In non-clinical terms, imagine an incredibly supportive group of family and friends who challenge, support, and love you in a way you’ve never experienced previously. In group, you may laugh and cry and fight and disagree with a room full of used-to-be strangers. But on the other side, you will undoubtedly become more resilient and compassionate because of these relationships.

Group therapy is an effective way to address issues like anxiety, depression, body image, and relationship struggles - issues most people struggle to manage alone and possibly in individual therapy. The truth is, we often get more out of collaboration than solo. Bonus! Group therapy also costs less per session than individual therapy!

Current Groups Available

Women's Self-Reflection Processing Group

Have you recently “graduated” from individual therapy, but still would like support to maintain your mental health?

Would you benefit from a group setting to unpack and process the stressors from everyday life in a safe, therapeutic space?

This group is open to Texas residents who identify as women and will be fully virtual.

You'll explore self-reflection exercises to discuss and dissect the ways we react and respond to life’s challenges, practice coping skills through grounding and containment, and enhance your capacity for vulnerability in a group space, opening doors to deeper connection and communication skills.
