Anna Lipkin
Hi, I’m Anna. I'm a graduate-level therapist under the supervision of Sarah Osmer, LPC-Supervisor - and I’m here to help you make real progress without draining your bank account. I specialize in working with people navigating chronic illness, anxiety, relationship challenges, and nervous system overload. You know... life.
Sessions are just $50, and you get the same warmth, insight, and trauma knowledge you’d expect from a higher-priced therapist- minus the big price tag.
I’m for you if: you’re open to exploring healing through the language and wisdom of your body. Uncovering the stories stored in our bodies is deep, often messy work. This isn’t just about talking through what’s happening in your life rather it’s about feeling into it, embodying it, and being with what comes up. That process can be raw, vulnerable, and at times, uncomfortable. I want to be there with you fully present, grounded, and holding space for you.
I believe healing happens in connection, and the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful space for repair and transformation. My goal is to help you rediscover safety within yourself while nurturing authenticity, emotional stability, and self-regulation.
I use an integrative approach in therapy, meaning we collaborate on what feels aligned and true for you. I draw from a variety of therapeutic tools and perspectives to create a personalized, holistic experience that supports your growth and healing.
