About My Work: I approach therapy as a space for growth and self-inquiry, supporting clients in understanding how their inner world shapes their life and how they want to move forward with greater authenticity. My work is grounded in a whole-body perspective, honoring the ways our emotional experiences are shaped not only by our thoughts, but also by the body, nervous system, and the rhythms of daily life.

In sessions, I draw from mindfulness-based practices, gentle meditation, visualization tools, and nervous system awareness in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and collaborative. This might look like tuning into bodily sensations, working with breath or imagery, or pausing together to notice how stress or emotion is showing up for you. We take things one step at a time, following what feels important for you and approaching it together with curiosity and support.

My approach is also informed by a lifestyle, nutritional, and root-cause lens, and alongside my counseling training, I am currently pursuing certification as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. As I continue to deepen my education in whole-body health, my work is shaped by an integrative counseling approach that weaves together mindfulness, applied neuroscience, and nutrition to support whole-person healing.

About Me
My interest in whole-body healing is deeply informed by my own experience navigating chronic illness, which has shaped my understanding that healing extends beyond the physical into emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. This perspective inspires how I work with clients, especially those navigating chronic health challenges, stress, or life transitions.

Prior to pursuing counseling, I spent 7 years in high-intensity corporate consulting environments. That experience gave me insight into burnout, stress, and the identity challenges often faced by high-performing individuals, and it shaped how I support clients in navigating pressure and life transitions with clarity and resilience.

After growing up in Minneapolis, completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin Madison, and living in Chicago for 5 years, I felt like I had put in my dues for cold weather and headed south to Austin for warmth and sunshine! In my free time, I love to hike, practice yoga, cook, and spend time outdoors with family and friends. I’m also a huge animal lover and enjoy fostering dogs whenever I can!
