About My Work
I work primarily with high-achieving young women navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and the pressure to hold it all together.
On the outside, you may look capable and driven. On the inside, your mind doesn’t slow down. You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, and worry you’re falling behind.
In our work together, we’ll untangle the anxiety beneath the surface, explore where the pressure comes from, and build tools that help you feel steadier and more confident in your daily life.
My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I create a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out.
What You Can Expect From Sessions
Therapy with me is a place to slow down and get out of the overthinking spiral.
Together, we’ll work on:
• Managing anxious thoughts
• Setting boundaries without guilt
• Navigating relationship anxiety
• Rebuilding trust in your decisions
You don’t have to keep pushing through alone. Therapy can be a place to pause, exhale, and build skills that actually work outside the therapy room.
Areas of Focus
High-functioning anxiety • Overthinking • Relationship stress and attachment concerns • Perfectionism and burnout • Life transitions in your 20s and 30s • Self-esteem and confidence • Trauma and past experiences • Mind-body connection • Walk-and-talk therapy
Investment: $50/50 minute session, individuals

About Me
I’m passionate about supporting women who feel driven and capable, yet behind closed doors are completely overwhelmed. My background includes working in environments that required patience, creativity, and a deep respect for individual differences, which informs the grounded, steady presence I bring into the therapy room.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Austin, spending time outdoors, and finding new coffee spots around the city.
