About My Work: My work supports clients who are ready to really meet themselves beyond people-pleasing, exhaustion, and simply getting by. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore who you are beyond societal expectations, using curiosity and kindness as central guides. We'll integrate mind, body, and spirit to address concerns at a core level, including depression, anxiety, overwhelm, relational challenges, and feelings of stuckness. I also work with clients who are beginning or deepening a spiritual journey, including those integrating psychedelic medicine experiences.

What You Can Expect from Our Sessions: We’ll begin each session with a brief mindfulness moment, then you'll have space to speak into what is feeling most distressing for you. Our session will be spent tending to this through a transpersonal lens or practice.

Self-empowerment, autonomy and self-compassion are at the core of my work. As you develop skills to lead yourself, I’ll walk alongside you with warmth, skillful inquiries and encouragement. I’ve seen time and time again that clients have the answers they seek within themselves – I’m here to help you uncover those answers. We’ll focus on relationship with self and cultivating a sense of kindness and genuine curiosity towards all that you are.

Specializations and Interests: Depression · anxiety · psychedelic integration · inner child healing · spiritual/religious trauma · relationship with self · authenticity · nervous system regulation · parts work (IFS) · Gestalt · transpersonal therapy · mindfulness · meditation · compassionate and curious self-awareness

Investment: $50/50-minute session, individuals

About Me

Hi there! My name is Lacy and I’m devoted to meeting you with an accepting presence that many call grounding. I’ve experienced my fair share of highs and lows in life. After spending many years in traditional talk therapy, I finally found mindfulness and other spiritual and ceremonial practices. Though life naturally continues to have its ups and downs, these alternative approaches have been key in helping me find a sense of solace.

Through my background of working with ceremonial approaches, I’ve cultivated extensive experience in supporting clients with integrating psychedelic medicine experiences. I find that the healing journey is more about creating a healthy relationship with oneself, than about arriving to a place of perfection. I like to remind my clients that although I have tools to support, I am not the expert on you – you are. I trust this work and I trust you!

When not in the therapy room, I love being in the sunshine with my feet on the Earth – particularly by the water. One of my passions is creating with herbs and flowers as medicine. I enjoy spending time in prayer, song and laughter. You may also find me traveling the world, trying new foods, adventuring with friends, and curling up in a cozy blanket with a good book.
