About My Work
You want a therapist who gets it. Someone who can sit with the hard stuff, see your strengths clearly, help you make real change, and make the process feel human rather than heavy. That’s exactly where I come in.
My approach is laid-back but intentional. I meet you right where you are, whether you’re navigating big feelings, tricky family dynamics, identity exploration, or the stress of simply being a human in 2025. I especially love working with teens, neurodivergent clients, and anyone who’s felt misunderstood or overlooked in past therapy experiences.
How I Work
As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I deeply understand what it’s like to move through the world with a brain that doesn’t follow a traditional rulebook. In our sessions, you won’t have to mask, explain, or convince. I’ll follow your pace, your communication style, and your way of being.
Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, whether that’s attachment patterns, trauma, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts. I pull from IFS parts work, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation to help you build insight and move toward real, lasting change.

About Me
I’m an Austin native who spent over a decade away before returning home with a clearer sense of who I am and the work I’m meant to do. Therapy changed my life — truly — and I believe deeply in the healing that can happen when you show up with honesty and curiosity.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me walking the Town Lake Trail, debating whether I really need another bouquet of Trader Joe’s flowers, binge-watching British crime series, hunting for antique treasures on Facebook Marketplace, or getting lost in a good novel.
